绣球属品种间光合特性的比较研究

摘 要:

为比较绣球属(Hydrangea)不同栽培品种的光合特性, 以9个绣球属品种为试材, 对其气体交换、叶绿素荧光及叶片叶绿素含量进行研究。结果表明, ‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片的光合速率、反映光能利用率的叶绿素荧光指标和相对叶绿素含量高, 而在‘Murasaki kobai’、‘贝拉安娜’、‘红额’和‘无尽夏’中较低; 相反地, ‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片非光化学淬灭均小于其他品种, 而这些指标在‘Murasaki kobai’和‘贝拉安娜’中较大。综合参考这些指标, ‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片的光能利用能力较强, 是适合光下栽培的耐强光性绣球品种, 而‘Murasaki kobai’、‘红额’和‘贝拉安娜’叶片的光合能力较弱, ‘红额’的耐荫性最强, 适合弱光下栽培。

Comparative photosynthetic characteristics of different Hydrangea L. varieties

Abstract:

To compare the photosynthetic capacities of different varieties of Hydrangea L., gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and chlorophyll contents in the leaves of 9 varieties were investigated. The results show that the photosynthetic rates and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics related to light utilization efficiency and chlorophyll contents were higher in the leaves of ‘Zorro’ and ‘Lemon Web’, while these parameters were much lower in ‘Murasaki kobai’, ‘Annabelle’, ‘Honger’ and ‘Forever Summer’. Inversely, the lowest non-photochemical quenching was observed in the leaves of ‘Zorro’ and ‘Lemon Web’, however, this parameter was relatively higher in ‘Murasaki kobai’ and ‘Annabelle’. Through a comprehensive reference of these parameters, photosynthetic capacities of ‘Zorro’ and ‘LemonWeb’ were stronger, which are Hydrangea species suitable for being cultivated under high light intensity, whereas photosynthetic capacities of ‘Murasakikobai’, ‘Honger’ and ‘Annabelle’ were relatively lower. ‘Honger’ is favorable for cultivation under low light condition due to its strong shade-tolerance.
